Order Processing Times
- Orders are processed and shipped within 6 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) from receipt of payment.
- You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after your purchase.
- Once your order has shipped, we'll send you an email with a tracking number (if available) and a link to monitor your delivery status.
Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer various shipping options to meet your needs. Costs vary based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.
Shipping within Italy
- Estimated Delivery Times: 1 - 6 business days.
- Cost: Calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight/volume. Free for orders over €60.00.
- Couriers Used: Poste Italiane, BRT.
Shipping within Europe (EU and/or specific countries)
- Available Countries: France, Germany, Spain, Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovenia, Sweden, Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia.
- Estimated Delivery Times: 2 - 6 business days.
- Cost: Calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight/volume.
- Courier Used: BRT, UPS.
- Duties and Taxes: Please be aware that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking local customs regulations before placing an order.
International Shipping (Outside Europe - Europe)
Currently, we do not offer shipping outside of Europe and Malta. We apologize for any inconvenience and invite you to contact us for further clarification.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we'll send you an email with a tracking code. You can use this code on the courier's website to monitor your shipment status in real-time.
Delivery Issues
- Incorrect Address: It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and correct shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Any re-shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
- Lost or Damaged Package: In the event of a lost or damaged package during transit, please contact us within 5 days of the estimated delivery date. We'll do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible by initiating a claim with the courier and, if necessary, arranging a new shipment or a refund. We recommend taking photos of any damaged package before opening it.
- Failed Delivery: If the courier is unable to deliver the package (e.g., recipient is absent), they will typically attempt a new delivery or leave a notice with pickup instructions. If the package is returned to us due to repeated failed deliveries or non-collection, re-shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
